Dora is the principal broker of HBC Landmark Realty, LLC. She has 35 years of experience as a realtor and property manager. Dora works with both buyers and sellers. With buyers, she enjoys finding them homes they love at a price they can afford. With sellers, Dora focuses on getting them the highest and best price, and turning their listing into SOLD.

Condominiums:

Dora is an expert in condominium living. Dora has worked selling new construction condominiums for over 30 years. In the early stages of development, Dora has been a part of the initial set up of the condo associations. During construction, she has managed the properties until they are turned over to the association board. Dora has also worked with attorneys creating the offering plans and working on the construction budgets and on the construction sites. During the construction phase she has worked with buyers, lawyers, banks, and the construction crew.

Commercial:

Dora manages retail and commercial properties, leasing, billing and working with tenants.
