Fireworks in the Hudson Valley

This Independence Day, enjoy one of many firework displays in our local area. Whether you’re looking for a big celebration, concert, or display of local artists, the Hudson Valley has you covered. Here are a few of the events happening. Be sure to check them out!

1. Walkway Over the Hudson

Poughkeepsie, NY
Time: 7PM-10PM
Price: $12.50

Walkway Over the Hudson is a nonprofit and sponsor of the City of Poughkeepsie’s annual firework display. Be sure to check out their website for more information about the showing. http://walkway.org/4th-of-july-fireworks-spectacular/

2. Pierson Park
238 West Main Street
Tarrytown, NY
Start Time: 7PM

This annual firework show is free for all ages with a concert by Kick-Start Charlie, a rock band from the Rockland area, to start the event. The concert is a part of the Tarrytown Summer Series.

3. Newburgh’s Waterfront Unico Park
Front St & 4th St
Newburgh, NY
Time: 12PM-10PM

The City of Newburgh kicks off their Independence Day celebration at noon with vendors and artists on the river of the park. Music begins at 7PM and the fireworks start at 9PM.
